This June we hit the road once again and this time far north of Arizona, to Montana. The multi-day shoot consisted of flying out by chartered private jet (an experience in and of itself) to capture this 7,000 plus sq ft custom log home. Located in Lewistown, MT and nuzzled upon hundreds of acres of private land we became one with nature and this amazing home.
A continuation of final files from our week in Dallas includes Ristorante il Calabrese - a modern approach to traditional Italian dining and architecture.
Recently back from a week long shoot in Seattle we jumped right back on another flight to head out to Dallas for 5 days of shooting interiors and exteriors. The project shot list included a restaurant, lobby of an architecture firm, business plaza lobby, a sales showroom, residential outdoor courtyard and this custom home. Look for a few more posts from this Dallas project series in the coming weeks.
Stanford's is not your typical neighborhood bar, they offer a great menu and ambiance with 9 total locations throughout Oregon, Washington and California. We had a great time and experience working with the Northgate location and team while in Seattle. Here's a series of exterior shots we produced for this brand while in Seattle for 9 days.
This May we ventured to Palisade located at the beautiful Elliot Bay Marina in Seattle Washington. The shoot produced a series of exterior and interior view shots of this gorgeous restaurant and event space. Here's a recent completed exterior with more images to share from this project shortly.
We recently wrapped 8 days of shooting in beautiful Seattle, WA for a multi-unit restaurant company. We're looking forward to posting the final shots and until then here's a behind the scenes view of one of the concepts: Palisades http://palisaderestaurant.com
We thought it would be insightful to present some before and after representations of some of our recent projects. See below. For every project we provide the client with a series of scouting images that represents the general shot composition and overall perspective. The client then supplies their feedback and final selects and from these, we coordinate the production. The final image shown below the scouting shot presents the final result.
From saddles to chaps and spurs, this collection of the classic cowboy gear is told in this April's issue of the Robb Report and article, A Western Way of Life. Apperture was commissioned to capture the massive collection of Mort Fleischer's showroom, home interiors and exteriors here in Scottsdale, AZ. The home resides on 100-acres and is filled with wrought-iron fixtures, western memorabilia and artifacts. It's an impressive story and sight, check out the full story in print or online: http://robbreport.com
We've been keeping very busy with projects that have taken us to some pretty great restaurants and residential homes in and outside of Arizona. In partnership with Arizona Tile, TheVig was a great addition to the project books for us this month. This shoot took place at their Phoenix Downtown location and we're looking forward to going back for more work.
